What General Star (Jiang Xing) means
The General Star (Jiang Xing) is an auspicious star of leadership and authority: traditionally, people with it can command and win people over, and easily become the centre of a group.
It sits at the centre of a three-harmony group, a picture of directing from the middle. Together with an Officer star, it is traditionally seen as favouring management roles in organisations.
